These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. Please read them carefully before purchasing, using, or accessing any of our products, including online programs, services, consulting, and coaching/mentoring. These Terms apply to all Blossom Business Group, LLC offerings.

This Agreement is entered into by and between Blossom Business Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) located at PO Box 4536, Highland Park, NJ 08904, and you (“Client” or “you”).

Description of Coaching/Mentoring

Coaching/Mentoring is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach/Mentor and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation or development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

Description of Consulting

Consulting is a professional service relationship in which Blossom Business Group, LLC provides strategic advice, recommendations, and solutions to address specific business, communications, branding, or leadership needs. Consulting engagements may involve analysis, strategy development, training, and/or implementation guidance. The consulting relationship is advisory in nature, and the client retains full responsibility for decisions, execution, and outcomes.

Terms of This Agreement

All programs, products, courses, services, and events are owned and provided by Blossom Business Group, LLC. These Terms govern and define how you may use and access our offerings. We may update these Terms at any time, with the “date last updated” reflected above.

Your Program Use and Consent

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to access our programs, services, or materials. Access by a minor is a violation of these Terms.

License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use purchased materials for your personal, individual use only. You may download and/or print program materials for personal use but may not share, sell, republish, or distribute them without our written consent.

Refund Policy

Refer to the "Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policies" section.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations of these Terms without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, designs, and trademarks—including Blossom with Pride®, The Drop-off®, Blossom Business Communications™, The Prevailing Purpose Studio™, The Purpose Studio™, The Purposeful Dream Catalyst™, The Brand Elevation Studio™, Media Impact Training™, and Thought Leadership Boost™—are the property of Blossom Business Group, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Security and Risk

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. Payments are processed through third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal, and their terms apply.

Disclaimers

Our programs and services are for educational and informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific results. We are not providing legal, medical, or financial advice unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Blossom Business Group, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our programs and services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
